Megaloceros (from Greek: megalos + keras, literally "big horn") is an extinct genus of artiodactyl mammals of the family Cervidae that lived in Eurasia from the late Pliocene to the Late Pleistocene. They were widespread herbivores during the ice ages.

Megaloceros verticornis lived in the early to mid Pleistocene, closely related to M. obscurus. Found throughout southern Europe. It is thought that it could have been the ancestor of the Mediterranean species, and Candiacervus.
